Advocacy. Empathy. Intuition.
Welcome to Quietude Healing Collaborative
At Quietude Healing Collaborative, we offer wholeness-affirming, trauma-informed care that supports your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
We believe that true healing happens when every part of you—mind, body, and spirit—is acknowledged, honored, and nurtured. Therapy with us is a space to breathe, to be heard, and to heal at your own pace. Whether you're managing stress, working through trauma, easing anxiety or depression, or simply reconnecting with yourself — you don’t have to walk that journey alone.

Quietude Healing Collaborative's Philosophy: Healing Through Connection and Care
Healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken — it’s about remembering your wholeness and rekindling your connection to self-worth and resilience. Recovery is not linear, and there’s no single path to healing. That’s why Quietude Healing Collaborative offers a collaborative, flexible approach rooted in your unique experiences and goals.
We create a circle of care that may include your therapist, trusted wellness partners, and — most importantly — you. Together, we focus on emotional safety, self-awareness, and empowerment to help you reclaim your agency and sense of balance.

Our Guiding Tenets
Our work is grounded in five core principles that shape every interaction:
Stillness – Cultivating quiet moments for nervous system regulation, rest, and reflection
Mindfulness – Tuning into your present experiences with compassion and curiosity
Surrender – Releasing patterns that no longer serve you
Empowerment – Reclaiming your voice, inner wisdom, and strength
Wellness – Fostering sustainable, whole-person well-being

About Quietude's Owner
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University.
What drew me to therapy was my passion for guiding
individuals in self-advocacy, reclaiming their voice, and learning to celebrate their own superpowers. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a holistic foundation that promotes compassion and collaboration, drawing from modalities such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.
Let’s work together to affect change in your life and rediscover the beauty within.
